Association
Mission Statement
To promote, govern and lead the sport of sailing for Barbados.

The Barbados Sailing Association is the governing body of sailing in Barbados. It has several affiliates, including the J24 Club, the Barbados Optimist Dinghy Association, the Barbados Yacht Club, the Barbados Cruising Club, the Barbados International One Metre (IOM) Association and the Barbados Windsurfing Association. The BSA is itself an affiliate of the Barbados Olympic Association, the Caribbean Sailing Association, the International Laser Class Association, as well as the International Sailing Federation (ISAF), the global sailing federation. Any sailing related association in Barbados must be an affiliate of the BSA in order to have national and/or regional recognition.
